- Starter: Woodfired bread and flavoured butters
- Main: A sharing platter of 7 Texas-style smoked meats and four classic Texas inspired sides.
- Dessert: A trio of sharing sweet treats.
- Social Dining
- You will be hosted on shared bench seating of 8 guests. If you are booking separately from other guests you would like to be seated with, please answer the relevant question when booking. We’ll do our best to seat you together on our social dining tables.
- Start Times
- Please note, arrival slot times for your table will be allocated to you via e-mail on Thursday 8th October. These time slots will be between 6pm and 7pm to allow us to ensure a smooth service..
- Allergies and Intolerances
- When you book please answer the 'Any allergies or intolerances?'question. Please note we can not cater for vegetarians or vegans at this particular event.
- Drinks
- We have a pop-up bar where you can purchase wines, beer and cocktails.
